"I initially went to Mark for acupuncture for a nagging shoulder injury I sustained doing Aikido, my martial art. He tested my shoulder for range of motion and then treated it with local points for the pain and swelling, plus some constitutional points to help with the healing process.

After a few sessions the pain had reduced considerably and my range of motion had increased, so the swelling had also diminished. At that stage Mark suggested that I continue with treatment to help with some other problems I was having, including IBS, tiredness and a weak immune system.

He continued to treat points to boost my constitution and strengthen the weaker organs that were contributing to my symptoms. I'm very pleased to say that the treatment has greatly improved my health - I haven't been ill for 5 months, despite being exposed to cold viruses, my energy has increased considerably, and the IBS symptoms are milder and less frequent.

Mark's background in sports injuries and Shiatsu was very valuable when treating my injury, as he was able to use these as an addition to the main acupuncture treatment to ensure that my shoulder got the most effective therapy. "I have been receiving Shiatsu and Acupuncture treatments from Mark Norris for approximately six months. I had had treatment previously from another practitioner, but stopped as the treatment was too rushed, impersonal and did not appear to he helping my ailments.

I am a long term sufferer of Ankylosing Spondylitis (2o years), suffer from stress from work, and have some poorer internal organ functions, which result in tiredness late afternoons.
